Hello @karlma10
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

Hello. Welcome to TMP forum :)

Follow these guides:

> Go to Steam Library

> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2

> Properties

> Local Files

> Verify Integrity of Game Files

 

> Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (4.7) & DirectX & Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and use CCleaner to remove temporary files and obsolete registry paths.

> You should start TruckersMP as admin. This is really important.

> Also try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)

Dear @karlma10;

 

Delete the Truckersmp files and install a clean truckersmp setup; 

  • Close ETS2 via the task manager. Then run launcher as administrator.

 

  • Enable the VPN (Download and install any VPN.)
  • The launcher run as administrator.
  • Install available downloads.
  • Disable VPN.
  • "Launch ETS2" click on the button

 

  • Make sure your video card driver is up-to-date.
  • Choose Steam> ETS2> Settings> Confirm Game Files.
  • Documentation> Euro Truck Simulator 2> Back up and delete the config.php file.
  • Log in again by creating a new profile.

 

  • Try to restart your computer
  • Try to restart your router
  • Try to reinstall TMP completely! (That means: Delete the folder 'TruckersMP' in %programdata%. After that download the mod again! https://truckersmp.com/download)
  • Try to start the launcher as admin
