If people knew the person was in ghost mode they can go through them without going into oncoming traffic or stopping. I also think name tags should be rendered farther if you're in ghost mode, such as 100-200 meters away, then they go back to normal distance. I really see no reason why this shouldn't be added it would be very helpful to prevent confusion.
