Account is already logged in

Hello, 

My friend has this problem, where when he tries to connect through TrucksBook or multiplayer, it says to him that that account is already logged in. Any help?

Dear @Krtekk_ could you please provide us some more information about the problem? Where does that error occur (when attempting to log in at the TMP-login screen, does it happen on the homepage as well, etc.?). A screenshot showing the error message would be pretty beneficial.

For Forum:

 

Solution 1
Delete your browser's history and cookies.
 Solution 2
Log in via your computer on the Steam account that your membership you created via TruckersMP belongs to.
 Solution 3
Make sure you use the correct language character in the language section.
 Solution 4
Do not have any add-ons or scripts on your browser.
 Solution 5
Try logging in with a different or unmodified browser.
 Solution 6
Make sure you do not use any special characters.
 Solution 7
Try logging in Incognito Mode.

 

For Game:

 

Use CTRL + ALT + DEL to close the game from "Task Manager" and restart your computer.

Hi, we where not given too much information, so I'm not quite sure what you mean.  But here is a few things.


1. Family sharing does not work with TMP, both players must own the game on their account.
2. Make sure you haven't left the game open on another device. (even try logging out of steam on all other devices)
3. If none of this helped, raise a support ticket at  https://support.truckersmp.com/ so you can give a bit more info and have a bit more detailed help.
