  • Reset your modem / router.

  • Delete file in this directory. Documents/ETS2MP
  • Make sure you have the latest ".Net Framework" https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-framework-runtime
  • Verify the integrity of the game cache.Go to your Steam library and right-click 'ETS2/ATS' 1.Select 'Properties' 2.Head to the 3rd tab called 'Local Files' 3.Select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache' 4.Wait for it to finish. This could take a few minutes.
  • Don't do things that affect your internet speed. (Download, upload etc.)
  • Run CMD as an administrator, type the following commands.

Hello

try:

1) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
4) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
5) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
6) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

OR:

If core_ets2mp.dll is not working for whatever reason you can get the above error. Usually it appears when you try to update the multiplayer launcher with the game open.

Solution:First, check if ETS2 process is running. If so, end it and try again. If this doesn't help delete core_ets2mp.dll, re-open launcher and re-download file.  Path: C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

Hi there trucker,

Make sure you have an exception in your firewall for ETS2 singleplayer, as well as the Multiplayer mod.

In case this doesn't work, make sure to remove the visual C++ software/drivers, and start the game in single player after without re-installing the drivers, so that Steam will install these by itself.

Another thing you can try (not very related, yet useful) is to go into steam, right-click the game, go to properties and click "check integrity"

Hope this helps you out !

Hello, this could be as simple as ensuring you are connected to an internet and making sure it's a solid connection. If this does not work, restart your PC. If you're still out of luck, reinstall TMP and try again, if you still have the issue raise a support ticket and try some tips posted above.

Regards,
TFM DJ ccowie,
