ets 2 and ats ETS 2 and ATS in one account, or to ban ban and ETS 2?

When I buy ATS on a steam account 1 on which I have ETS, but I have a ban on TruckersMP, I can register ATS to the second TruckersMP account, and if I buy ATS on steam account 2 and register it on TruckersMP account 2, I will be able play ETS, via steam 1?

No, no, no and no. If you create a second account, you will be considered as Ban-evading and you will get another permanent ban, You should create a ban-appeal and try to be unbanned.
