Launcher error

I tried reinstalling, deleting all the files possible and then reinstalling, rebooting, restarting my router, the app is allowed through the firewall and there is no background task running in the task menager.

I have no idea what to do anymore lol.

Hi Dear @Kuasac

 

Start of by ensuring your TruckersMP launcher is not running in your task manager. Right click your Windows task pane, task manager and check if any signs of the launcher is still running. If you find the launcher is running, then end the process.

1-) Go to Documents
2-) Delete the ETS2MP Folder
3-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
4-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)
5-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
6-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
7-) Re-Download the launcher and install
8-) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

Thank you for your input. I tried everything that is suggested but the problem is still there.

 

Reinstalled the MP about 15 times today and the game a couple of times, -rdevice dx9 thing in the shortcut, deleted the folder in ProgramData, running the program as admin, rebooted both pc and router multiple times.

 

I dont know if there is anything left to butcher...

Hey mate

The solution can be very simple:
•Open the task manager when you get that error.
•Completely close the launcher process.
•Try running it again as an administrator.

Its working now, even tho I did absolutely nothing, it just came up with an update and thats it.
