You can find some of these in the steam workshop or some external websites such as ETS2Mods etc etc. The mod's description should provide you with instructions on how to get it working from SP and porting it over to MP. Also, you might want to check out Unofficial tools and Allowed Mod & Mod Guidelines to aid you further with regards to save-editing and the limits of how much you can do while within the rules of TMP.
