Make sure you have the latest version of .NET Framework (4.7), DirectX & Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 As well make sure to verify your game files, you can do this by 1) Go to your Steam Library 2) Right click 'Euro Truck Simulator 2/American Truck Simulator' 3) Goto properties 4) Once you're on properties head over to 'Local Files' 5) Press 'Verify Integrity of game files' 6) Then you must be patient whilst steam searches for missing files.
