Someone had the same problem as you, see if this helps. Try to run a sfc /scannow command in DOS then restart your computer and try again. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161 As a last option, delete the ETS2MP folder from documents and follow the guide below, Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. If it's still not working, you cant try downgrading and see if that has any effect, make sure that you followed everything in my last post including the sfc scan. Also try the compatibility mode for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 SP1. Another user got TMP working on the Win 10 Creators update so it is possible. I could give you some suggestions but there is no point to give you random ones. By the way give us a screenshot with your Windows build run>winver. On Anniversary Update there was no problem everything worked always perfect. Also what Creators Update mess (this not concern this theard/TruckersMP) is my Xbox One S controller, now I can't assign Xbox Guide button, now controller have only 10 physical buttons not 11 like before Microsoft change something in xinput driver also. Could you please try this and see if it has any effect. On your log in screen, press and hold Shift key and click Restart. Click Troubleshoot. Click Reset this PC, and choose Keep my files. Keep my files will do the following: Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files. Removes apps and drivers you installed. Removes changes you made to settings. 0 Fineline123 Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) I finally found the answer to the problem. Deactivate the gamemode that came with the windows update. That fixed it, at least for me! EDIT: Deactivate any kind of onscreen program, like Msi AfterBurner and NZXT CAM Software, with that disabled, you should be able to start the launcher. 0 KuKoKaNuKo Posted April 15, 2017 Share Posted April 15, 2017 I have a similar issue as PeterMacPL. My launcher does nothing but sit on my desktop. I think the issue with mine is that it's not installing properly. When I click the final "next" the window with the installation progress bar flashes for less than a second and ends. Bar never fills just stops at 10-15% and "completes". I took a look at my older computer and noticed it has more files than this one (see pic). Runs fine on my older computer but does nothing on my new one. Both ATS & ETS2 run fine as does everything else... except for TruckersMP. I tried installing and running as Admin... even did a compatibility switch... nothing. Is my PC just not installing it properly? (Steam is installed on my 250Gb SSD main drive and Steam games are installed on my 1Tb storage) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
