HELP ME! TruckersMP launcher white screen

After the new launcher update i have a problem,when i launch it i have kind of white screen and when i want to download update it comes to like 0,20 mb out of 3mb and stucks there.I was waiting for a hour for progress but it still doesnt work.I tried to restart my pc and delete launcher and download again :C

this can sometimes be caused due to the install path of the TruckersMP client being wrong during installation.

 

 

Take a look at this thread here:

 

 

 If this does not work, however, follow those steps:

 

1. Right click TruckersMP client

2. Click "Properties"

3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab

4. Check "Run this program as administrator"

5. Launch TruckersMP

Dear member 

 

Try This Method 

• Try update your graphics driver 
• Direct X problem - in steam folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\ there is an file called "troubleshoot_dx9.cmd" - please run this and follow the instruction.
•  Any other problems create a support ticket at http://truckersmp.com/support

Make sure you are running as administrator; if this doesn't work, check all files, and if it doesn't work after that, try reinstalling TruckersMP. If it still is happening, make a support ticket.

Try to run a sfc /scannow command in DOS then restart your computer and try again. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

 

Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
