Hello,yesterday i took new job and go to sleep.Today when i entered the game i have massage you are late.How i can be late if i dont play game?Sorry for my english ;(.Help please

The reason for it is that even when you are not online the server time still ticks over so the countdown will still go down even when you are not online

Scottydude94 is right. MP game time is controlled by the server. I suggest you take jobs you can finish while you are online, or if it is a long haul you may need to finish them off line before going back to MP to avoid late penalty.

This is because the time is synced with another players on the server, so then you are logging of the the time is keep going.
