Anyone know how to take a screenshot whilst moving? Mine says I need to stop my truck to take a screenshot but I see many shots of others with their truck moving

That function has been deactivated on purpose as it freezes your game for a few moments - preventing trolls deliberately taking screenshots right infront of people.

 

So the only way of taking a screenshot in-game is to stop your truck/car.

 

Edit:

It may be possible to have a third-party program to take screenshots for you whilst moving, and then hopefully not freezing your movement. But not completely sure.

Using Steam or the build in screenshot capture can't be used when you're driving. If you want to take screenshots you need another program to do so, i personally use Fraps, but almost any recording software can do it.
