1. Please entire admin can discuss this return. make a skin of all countries in the world. then talk to the SCS. hope they approve it. so all players can buy skins from their respective countries. and gaming enthusiasts will be more than ever. not just a new skin. may be added a few mod.
2. Try to recruit some admins from several different countries and different languages. such as Asia, Africa who rarely use English. I know that each country has a facebook group ets2mp, you can search for it there. it will help other admins performance, in a way they can direct them to your friends how to play properly and also can keep the attitude to other players. no mercy, if a friend of the country to be bad to another player (banned). their (prospective administrators from various countries) will be given the power only to be banned, for unbanned may only previous admin can unbanned them. so admin etsmp has 2 levels. one is special admin and the second is a special admin to monitor players in the area map.
3. make non collosion more widespread in areas that are often affected by congestion as amsterdam harbor and Rotterdam.

The country skins, well some and not all of them, are available as DLC to the game. You need to own the DLC in order to see it on the roads, even if you dont intend to use it.

In regards to your other suggestion, number 2, the administration recruitment process takes time and a lot of work to choose the correct person, it's not as simple as choosing people from the facebook and giving them admin.
