Removed files

Hello, I'v downloaded ets2mp before and I had to remove it because it made all of my files on my computer not work as if they where never installed on it. I don't know what caused this, I was wondering if this problem has happen to any one else or if it has been fixed. 

I really like the add on and would like to use it with out that problem with my files.

Did you download TMP from our site?

 

Maybe you previously downloaded some malicious software. Try scanning your PC with an antivirus

Hi there,

 

This is a known bug to happen when downloading TMP .. your antivirus thinks its a virus/malware when its not. As long as you are downloading from http://truckersmp.com/en_US/download that is.

 

To stop the files deleting all you need to do is follow these steps:

1. Disable your antivirus,

2. Download TMP from http://truckersmp.com/en_US/download

3. Open the zip file

4. Run the installer

5. Once the installer is complete re-enable your antivirus.

 

All being well... that method should work. If not , reply to this topic saying it hasn't worked
