Hama racing v18 problem

Hello. One of my friends got a hama racing v18 and the euro truck multiplayer(truckersmp) is crashing every time when the usb is connected. I can play ets2 single player , farming single , farming multiplayer without problems with the wheel controler.. but in ets2mp it gives me : "Euro truck simulator 2 has stopped working"

I don't think the problem is related to the controller you're using. Try to start the game without it connected.

the multiplayer works when he uses the keyboard.. when he tries to play with the wheel controller the game crashes

Can he provide ETS 2 game log made just after the crash occured after he tried to play MP mod?

Hello Tutibubu,

 

That's a really strange problem and therefore I ask you : Has he tried connecting the steering wheel on a different USB Port ? Starting the game with the steering wheel plugged might solve the problem? Also, it might work on a USB 3.0 Port but take care that you need to install the latest drivers.
