Hey, it's like that because I want to hire drivers to my garage I have just built . The problem is that it says that I need to find employment before I can hire someone ! Is it the way I can do to go around and look , or any kind person would say was there so I can go ahead and explore the world instead. Thanks in advance!

You need to have discovered at least one recruitment agency before you are able to hire drivers. To do this, just find a ? on your map and drive past it, this will discover it and you should be able to hire drivers then. If no drivers show up, try sleeping or F7+enter to find new ones.
