how do i get arizona update to work for multiplayer?

The Arizona update is only open beta at the moment. MP will be released when the official update comes out.

The new version is not final.It is a beta program.

You can try it.We don't support this version on the Multiplayer Mod.Please be patient.

The Arizona update should be in beta for a few weeks and once that's done, you'll have to wait a few days more for the TruckersMP devs to sort out a new update for multiplayer

Nope, Multiplayer mod only support official releases. If you still want to play multiplayer then you need to downgrade your game to version 1.2 (none opt of betas program):

Steam library > right click on ats > properties > betes tab

 

But if you buy something or discover arizona map, then you'll need another profile after downgraded.
