cant reset my pass / problem with t-online mail

Dear Support,

 

i didnt play ETSMP2 on my alt account for a long time and just wanted to check out how far i came. I forgot the pass and therefor i tried to reset it, without any success. Whenever i enter my mail to reset my pass, it says "mail successfully send". But i never get any mail of that. And yes, i checked every folder like spam or other.

 

The strange thing is, that whenever i open a support ticket, i also dont get any confirmation mails. Normally you get one. Its a t-online mail.

 

Please help :o
