invention ban problem

Hi We are TSR KOREA.

We are having a problem with invention ban. Our driver has got invention ban for 1month he did not thing on that day but he got banned. The team called BJ AUDI has chaned their steam name to our driver & reported my poor driver we want to fix this ban what should we do to un bann this issue? We have some proof that they chated on korean social media its korean but they are saying how he is going to ban my driver
