Hello and welcome to the forums! 

 

The directory in your screenshot is correct, however there is no need to have created a ETS2MP folder inside that directory. It needs to be just Euro Truck Simulator 2 inside SteamApps/common and that's it. 

So, try reinstalling your game and deleting the ETS2MP files you put in there.

Probably you must start the ETS2MP with admin permissions, if that doesn't help you, reinstall the MP and check during the installation of MP that you've insert the correct directory of the game, after lunch first Steam and than the ETS2PM. Obviusly with admin permissions.
