Impossible to install mods

Hello people here a rookie trucker.

 

Recently i tried to install some mods but i dont get it, some error appears in game the manager mods to the right of screen the "mods installed" they appear in a red sign and an exclamation mark

 

what's going on?

Is this in single player mate/ as only certain mods can be used online mind.

some mods dont work with certain versions of the game etc after dropping the scs file in mods folder when you start the game go to mod manager and make sure there in the right hand side tab and green to say there comp etc

As stilldre1976 has mentioned, you cannot use External mods on the multiplayer.

 

However, there are mods you can use, but these are items which already exist within the single player.

You can use external mods for single player, you can find these mods here - http://ets2.lt/en/

The red symbol means incompatible mod, if it's single player find an updated version, if it's multiplayer then as others said there are only certain mods that multiplayer allow.
