I didn't see any place on the WOT site to cancel it.

But I did find the pop-up and the option to resume. All is good now - thanks.

The benefit of using External Contracts, is that the job list gets synchronised with the server across all players, so a convoy can easily be set up.

I'm still new at this, so need to clarify. I assume someone announces a convoy at a specific time and date, going say from Berlin to Paris, on a specific server. Everyone interested goes to Berlin - in single player mode I guess - then starts MP and picks external contract. Somehow MP knows all are together and gives them a list of jobs that includes enough from Berlin to Paris for all to take?

There are no external contracts in DLC.
