ETS2 1.21.1s

So i installed the latest MP mod and when i go to play a error shows up: Unsupported game version detected! (...) to play you need ETS2 1.21.1s (steam release)

I have the game updated on steam.

What can i do?

You need to downgrade your current version of ETS2.

Step 1)
Go into your Steam Library, Right click on Euro Truck Simulator selecting 'Properties'

 
Step 2)
Navigate to the 'Betas' tab and where it says 'Select the Beta you would like to opt into, select the version that ETS2MP currently supports (You can find which by visiting 'Development Announcements' section of the forums). After that, just wait while Steam downloads the update

Now select the version you wish to run on.

 

In this case, the current version you need to downgrade to is 1.21

btw, when i play SP should i change the settings again?

^ Do not. It will make your save files incompatible with earlier versions of ETS2 and make downgrading back impossible. Go ahead, if you don't want to play multiplayer before 1.22 support.

I suggest just staying with 1.21.1s until multiplayer support comes out for 1.22
