Paint Job Problems [SOLVED]

Hi,

for my two friends (and probably everyone else in the server) whenever I apply a  custom paint job to my truck or load a custom one in today it appears orange for them and the paint job is normal for me. I don't know what to do, I've reinstalled the game, re logged into multiplayer, and removed the profile and re placed it in again.

They need to have same DLC paint jobs bought to see them.
