Recording Software won't record screen

No matter what software I use to record MP with, it will not record the screen, it will only record the sound. It happens on every recording software I could get my hands on. It used to work before but ever since 0.2.0.3.0 it doesn't. Any suggestions?

What software are you using? If you are using OBS you can't have the game on fullscreen. You can change this by going into graphics settings and unticking the box next to fullscreen.

Hi,
you can try the recording programm from Plays.tv. It's a good programm, especially for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

I'm useing Overwolf's video recorder. It's really easy to use, no framerate dropping, no extra work for graphic card etc.. I strongly advice if you haven't tried it yet. Have a nice gaming.

Try a variety of software, also look at tutorials via youtube on how to get the best settings ect..

Some screen recording software can't record OpenGL for some reason AFAIK.
