Multiplayer won't start after updating MP

hey i just went to load up ets2mp and it says theirs a new update..i updated the game and when i click multiplayer its loading up single player i dont even get the log it option come up at the start upon loading can someone please help me please

not to worry no more i uninstalled and reinstalled game and mod and its working but thank you for the support much apppreciated...ON WITH SOME TRUCKING
