Unsupported game version?

When I'm trying to run the game, I get error like this ''Unsupported game version detected! To play ETS2MP you need to have ETS2 1.19.2.1s (steam release)'' And I do have that version of the game! And I do have the latest release of ETS2MP.

Try this: Go into your Steam Library and find Euro Truck Simulator 2, once you have found it right click on Euro truck simulator 2 and head over to properties once thats done click on "Betas" and make sure it says "None OPT out of all Betas" then click apply, once you've done that click on the "Updates" tab and make sure it says "Always keep this game up to date"

 

If this doesent work, try reinstalling ETS2 and ETS2MP also delete the ETS2MP folder in your documents when doing this.

theyve just released a new beta of sp (1.20)so the mp version wont match,go back to 1.19 sp to use mp atm

Problem: Cannot validate game version!

1. Downgrade to the correct version: http://forum.ets2mp....ported-version/
2. Turn off your antivirus and firewall.
3. Restart your internet/wifi.
4. Run the ets2mp shortcut as administrator.
5. Re-install the multiplayer mod and euro truck simulator 2.
6. Right-click on the icon Steam> Properties> Compatibility>  run as administrator and click on «OK»;
   Do the same with the file launch multiplayer;
   Log In Steam;
   Make sure that your version of the game supports multiplayer;
   Download and install the latest version from the site of the multiplayer ETS2MP.
