Unsupported game version detected

alright so went to play game and got this up anyone help as im lost off what i need to do cheers well i would off put pic up but to big a file so i try word it 

 

  

fatal error   unsupported game version detected! to play ETS2MP you need to have ETS2 1.18.1.3s (steam release)! do you need help with downgrading 

 

after i hit yes it takes to screen that says sorry so help be good cheers
