Is Skinning Allowed?

Okay I know that you can only use the mods that are in the game rules section, but if you reskin a trailer (without modifying shape or statistics) Is that allowed?

as it will crash the other player

but surely they would just see it as the skin in their base.scs file? if i did it as a client sided edit, only i would see the skin but would it be compatible and legitimate?

you will most likely see your skin we the players will just crash + you will get banned for breaking the EULA
