Invalid email or password

Question

can someone who is a admin help me i'v been working on it the whole day i changed my password for about a hundred times now, i really tried everything but it doesnt work. I'm from belgium so i speak dutch

If you require an email or password change, please contact Support team at http://ets2mp.com/support/

 

If you are sure you have typed your login information correct, please try these steps below:

 

-Write your login information on notepad, then copy-paste into the game.

-Make sure your login information contains only ASCII characters.

-Make sure the Steam account that is used to create the account is the one logged in, not any other Steam account.

I already tried al of that and nothing works, and my mail adres is a hotmail. does my password for the login to the server have to be the same like my steam password?

I tried too login with my ETSMP account and tried with my steam account multiple times but it doesn't work, and i tried to re install the multiplayer 10 times but it keeps saying the same
