who has the priority here and why?

isnt the trucks from the red sign has to give way because they have the yield sign? and the trucks from blue arrow has priority?

 

the truck following the red arrow (approaching the yield sign) must yield to any vehicles following the blue arrow that are already on the main road.

Trucks arriving from the left have priority.  Those turning off the slip road (and then turning left) will have to wait until it's clear before making their left turn as stated by the give way sign that's on the right side of your picture.

The vehicle indicated by the red arrow must yield to the vehicles indicated by the blue arrow.
"The red arrow vehicle must yield because there is a "Yield" sign, indicating that it must give way to traffic on the blue arrow's road."
