how to get neon and other tuning on scout

I started to see guys with scout tuning very often, but I don’t have this tuning, how do they install it?

Hello and thank you for coming to the TruckersMP Forum to ask this question. What you are seeing are people who have save edited their vehicle. You can if already in the TMP Discord goto the modding channel and ask how people do this but I can tell you most use what is called ALM Mods. This is a client side application that allows users to make various changes to their vehicle but only visible to the driver of the modded vehicle.
