Description: A button next to the "Clear read notifications" to mark all notifications as read.

Why should it be added?

Sometimes, we get a lot of notifications of accepted/declined reports, and we forget to click on them in the notifications panel. Right now, the only way to dismiss them is by clicking through them. This would make the process easier. Most websites already have a button for this. Some people just don't want to read them because they've already seen them in their emails or manually checked the outcome of a report.

Personally, I don’t see a reason to mark it as read I just clear them anyway. (And if it’s reports you can check reports section what has been accepted/declined)

I agree with that because this is so boring to click on each notification to clear them. I usually request dedicated event servers, and sometimes I have a flood of notifications that I can't delete all at once.
