We are constantly monitoring server usage and changing configurations when needed based on the distribution of players and other factors. The reason why we have no speed limit on the ProMods Simulation server is that, apart from driving near Kirkenes, ProMods' roads are less busy than other servers. We want to allow players to speed if they wish to do so on an empty highway. If you prefer going 90 km/h (or less), you can do so as well. There is also the option to select a speed limiter in the TruckersMP settings.
