[ANSWERED][PM/PC] HR Team and TruckersMP Team Threads

Chemistry_TMP

Question

1. When some years ago, the "Human Resources" Team was disbanded. I'm curious about why it disbanded and Gave permission about the "Human Resources" to each department's manager. If it includes an internal security problem, Don't answer, it's okay.

2. When the HR issue occurred, in the TruckersMP Team Thread, it displayed like that; "@example was promoted to Event Management" or "@example was removed from the team due to internal reasons" before a month(s)/half ago. However, currently displays "@example Player -> Trial Translator" like. Why did you decide to change the ways?

Hi there!

Thanks for your questions.

Our Human Resources team was introduced a few years back and after a short time, it was decided that it did not meet our expectations. We trialed moving more tasks from the shoulders of managers and giving them more time for other tasks. However, many managers prefer doing interviews and recruitment sessions themselves as it can give them more insights into who is joining their team.

Earlier this year, we changed the way team changes are visualized on the forum as with multiple roles and different ways of joining and leaving a team, it became more and more confusing for both managers and players when writing/reading such a post. The format we are using now was preferred by the majority involved in the rework.

Thanks for your interest!
