I haven't tried it yet, but maybe you can use AutoHotkey.

The idea would be to execute several commands in one key bind.

 

For example:

1. The key C (or any other key or key combination you prefer) combines following commands:
2. execute the key to open/ close the console in game
3. write the command g_set_climate in the command line
4. execute the key ENTER to confirm the command
5. execute the key to open/ close the console in game

you may make the commands work by only one way. press"`" button above tab and type in the command.

 

Note you must stop before doing it as you looses control of the game.

I know that, but I wanted to know if there was a keybind that I could just press a key and it would be in again. @InsanoDeath

You cant set a keybind for that, what you can do is leave g_set_climate albedo always first in console, so you press "^" open console and then up arrow and you have g_set_climate albedo first, press enter and you have it, thats the only good way to make the game brighter again, in case you wanna rechange it its "g_set_climate reference" so it gets back to default
