Hello, I have all the necessary dlcs for promods and additional accessory dlcs. On January 2022, my computer was infected with a virus and all my registered passwords were seized. and my account was manipulated without my knowledge. It is said that the ban amnesty will come in 2022, but my account has never been opened, no matter how many times I contact support, can you help me?

This is a reason people give most commonly and according to me you are solely responsible for your Account. No matter who plays with your account or who operates it gets banned for what it does.

If your ban has expired, but you have not been unblocked yet, write to feedback.
(due to the time zone difference, you may not have been unbanned yet, usually the difference is up to 12 hours)
