5 days ago, I created a Turkish feedback to remove my ban from the report system, but I did not receive any response. When I created the same feedback in English, it was closed within 1 hour saying "you already have the same feedback". Well, why not reply to the feedback from 5 days ago but reply to the feedback that is 1 hour old? There was already an English explanation in the feedback I created, but you chose to ignore it.

I'm waiting for an answer. Is it difficult?

I don't think they are ignoring you, remember that the people looking at your feedback are also human, they might be busy, but they will respond within 7 days at the latest. Do not worry.

Game Moderation Management takes a lot of time to reply on feedbacks. I created a feedback and it almost took over 15 days to get responded.
