RAW Truck Posted January 5, 2024 Report Posted January 5, 2024 Suggestion Name: Need more details about cargo in truck Job Dispatcher. Suggestion Description: In the job dispatcher, road distance, ferry distance, ferry price are shown and you can see the preview, but the cargo weight is not mentioned anywhere. When we are driving a low power truck and taking the job just by seeing the preview of trailer, then there is a lot of issue due to high weight on hilly areas. Any example images: Why should it be added?: Sometimes I have seen that other drivers block the road due to high weight in hilly areas and traffic gets blocked. (ex- Promods ice land, promods death road Kirkenes area) 13 1
reaper8f Posted January 5, 2024 Report Posted January 5, 2024 It has been on many occasions that only if the cargo weight was mentioned I could have got the correct Truck configuration and had a smooth experience. It's a small piece of information that can be under the job information box. 2
'MaRtY Posted January 5, 2024 Report Posted January 5, 2024 Good idea. It would be good to have detailed information about the cargo we will carry. In addition, in the normal game, the game warns us if our truck is not sufficient for this cargo or if there is a possibility of difficulty. The same feature can be added to this area as well. 1

On the other hand, your problem with "Why should it be added?" is in the fact that most players are autists trying to do the impossible. I can say for myself that I never use a low bed/loader in Iceland ever sinse they had added the bolders on the road and can comfortably pull up and down a low bed with a loco, double and HCT trailers on Kirkenes road with an 8x6 chassis (as thee should be the ones used). I don't agree with you to remove more trailer and cargo types from the given locations.
_Enes Posted January 11, 2024 Report Posted January 11, 2024 You need to select any load you have selected from this menu separately from the main menu of the game, from the free play section, in order to get the load. In this process, how heavy it is will appear there. Of course, it would be nice to write the loads in parentheses next to them, but I don't know if it is necessary. Even when we buy a very heavy load, it shows the weight when choosing a load while working freely or when we go to the company and buy it there. Sometimes it can even give a warning.
Guest Posted January 24, 2024 Report Posted January 24, 2024 A Nice Suggestion. Would be great addon to TMP Dispatcher system.
[IMP] Rimuru Tempest Posted February 2, 2024 Report Posted February 2, 2024 ye i think this should be added.
Guest CeeSarSonic Posted February 17, 2024 Report Posted February 17, 2024 I completelty support this suggestion. it would be great for who uses job dispatcher.
Wraith645 Posted February 17, 2024 Report Posted February 17, 2024 It would be nice to have the weight of the cargo showing in the job dispatcher. I often accidently take heavy loads without realising it and in a weaker truck along C-d is a recipe for disaster
Leοn Posted November 28, 2024 Report Posted November 28, 2024 Amazing suggestion! Information about weight would be great. Meet me!
jess.thetrain Posted November 29, 2024 Report Posted November 29, 2024 This would be very helpful - quite often I want to see what the lightest/heaviest load available for my current trailer is when generating jobs and this would be very helpful. 1 jess.thetrain appeal a ban | appeal an appeal | make someone else appeal | game not working? click here | want the manager? click here
Graish75 Posted Monday at 04:22 PM Report Posted Monday at 04:22 PM I also think that it would be a good thing to see the cargo's weight next to the cargo's name in the job dispatcher, let's say something like "Cut flowers (1t)" and also in the text at the bottom of the job dispatcher. (Furry)NoahTheGamer Posted Tuesday at 12:56 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 12:56 PM great idea fully support 1
KaylaMcTear Posted Tuesday at 01:01 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 01:01 PM This would be a great feature to add would say either in the Job information section or cargo with maybe for example Locomotive - Vossloh G6 (61 t / 136,135 lb) Profile | McTear Logistics - VTC
Community Manager Cal_ Posted Tuesday at 03:20 PM Community Manager Report Posted Tuesday at 03:20 PM I do like this idea, it makes sense too. Gives you a bit more of an understanding on what cargo you have clicked on what you will be hauling if you accept that job. I also agree with everyone else's comments as well, would be extremely helpful to have. Sunstrider Posted Wednesday at 04:34 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 04:34 PM While we're on the topic of Job Dispatcher. There should be an option to see only to see external contracts and what deliveries are per depot. During the Winterland Event, i was trying random cargo's from the closest city. And i kept getting "no results".
bluca_03 Posted Wednesday at 07:51 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 07:51 PM This update could be very interesting. It will be very simple to understand everything about the weight of the cargos, so as you said if you don't have a powerful truck, you know that your cargo could be heavier than normal - Kind Regards, - bluca_03
`swenny Posted Friday at 05:32 PM Report Posted Friday at 05:32 PM A very good suggestion for us to learn about the load we are going to take
