Suggestion Name: Include the time zone in the date/time displayed on the scoreboard.

Suggestion Description: I suggest including the time zone next to the date/time that is displayed on the scoreboard based on the time zone that is configured in the player's website profile.

Why should it be added?: This feature would benefit not only the players but also us moderators, when analyzing a report and confirming the times of the evidence and not having confusion based only on the time, knowing that there may be differences because of the time zone.

Good suggestion, I like it. As a player, I also want to know the time in my time zone in the game. Then you can watch it without cutting the screen!

Hey @V.i.c.t.o.r. It's a good suggestion to set the local timezone manualy in settings to have prefered or detected automaticly for computer time zone.

As a former reporter, it was hard to pinpoint the exact offense time with the middle of a long recording.

 

A sub idea that this gave me, show the timezone, but for every player as a new slot. UTC +11, UTC +3, UTC -2, UTC -9.

i think it would be convenient to be able to check the time while playing a game by using the entire screen instead of using alt-tab

Really good suggestion. Players often have to Alt+Tab to check the time and for that they would have to stop their truck.

 

I believe some players also check their phones for the time and might end up in a collision within a split second. If local time is introduced in game, it will be really helpful and convenient for the players and well as the TMP staff.

Thank you for your suggestion! After careful consideration, we have decided to decline it. There aren’t enough benefits to displaying this additional detail on the scoreboard.

 

We must carefully consider the space and placement of all information on the interface. To keep it as simple and user-friendly as possible, we only display what is necessary or relevant for players. We don't consider the time zone to be a necessary information.
