If you're talking about the momentary drop during quicksaving, it's entirely related to your save file. If you use a new save file, you won't encounter this issue. I hope it helps. This problem happens to most users. Because you are moving momentarily, it may be difficult to render because you can open and see the area. If you are using an HDD model disk, quickly switch to an SSD model disk. Don't worry, I don't think these small contraction and freezing problems affect this game badly for all users.
