how does a warning look on my account or is it just said?

so ive reported a person but i also broke a rule but not that big of a rule and the moderator said that he warned me and said to not do that again but ive also recived a @BANBYMISTAKE on my account, so is the @BANBYMISTAKE a warning or what?
