Hi, can I have a report ban for more than a year, can I somehow appeal it so I won't be in a reports ban?

First of all, thank you for visiting and asked here in TMP Help section. 

 

If you have been banned from report system for not following the rule §1.4 -> You can make an appeal / feedback to Game Moderation Management in case you would like to get your ban removed. However, in case you have been 2 times banned from the report system, I guess it won't help to you and you ban will not be removed.

I got a permanent report ban, does it count like I've been banned 2 times?

Yeah, if you are now been permanently banned, you had to be banned for 30 days in past based on the rules that second ban is permanent. 

 

If this is your first ban from report system you can appeal it via Feedback ticket as I have explained above. 

 

Secondary, if this is your second ban, you have unfortunately any chance to appeal that.
