Try starting the game in Open GL mode, and if the problem persists, follow these steps to return to the previous startup option.


1. Update your computer via windows update.
2. Update your graphics card to new version.

3. Scan with antivirus for viruses (bitdefender, eset or malwarebytes).

4. Using CMD (run as administrator), execute the sfc /scannow command

5. Make the game files as well as the TruckersMP laucher consistent.

6. Check what temperatures your ssd drive is at while running.

7. Check how much disk space you have and clean up the %temp% files.

8. Clean your computer/laptop from dust.


I am writing all the options because of the lack of information about the parameters of your computer.

Could you please be able to provide us more specific info (examples: when does it happen -> even thought you wrote "randomly") 

 

Solutions might helped to you: 

 

1. Verify integrity of in-game files - > 

 

  • Go to Steam 
  • Library 
  • Right click on ETS 2 
  • Properties 
  • Local Files 
  • There click on verify of in-game files button - and wait until it all processed 

2.  - > Run the game with DirectX 

  • Go to Steam
  • Library 
  • Start Singleplayer with DirectX 11 
  • Load your profile - go to drive 
  • Stay there for 2-3 minutes and save your game. 
  • Close your game
  • Start TruckersMP as Administrator - Right click on TMP icon - start as admin 

3. -> Check your graphics driver, if it doesn't need to be updated or re-install graphics drivers

4- > Re-Install TMP Client 

  • Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
  • Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
  • Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
  • Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) 
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
  • Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/  
  • Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
