Hello you should search Euro Truck Simulator 2 Sounds mods on the some websites dealing with ETS2 mods also maybe you can found this mod in the steam community and if you want to play with this mod in TruckersMP must be compatible with the TruckersMP. And finally I think you can found this mod in Steam community or some websites.

This is a steam workshop mod for a single player game.
Unfortunately, the files you will receive will have .scs extension.
It will not work in Truckersmp, so if a person who knows how to adapt the file to tmp, you can use it online.

I guess you want the sound of a truck. You can search for the audio you need in the Workshop, but keep in mind that this is a mod that can only be used offline, and TMP is not available. There is another way to change the audio file so that you can hear this sound in TMP.

Thanks all but no one helped me. I know that engine sound name. It is definetely cummins n14. I selected this engine with mod, get the same sound without shifting sound. The channel owner said he was playing in 1.45 version. Maybe the mod updated. If someone know how to make this gear shift sound please message to me.
