Hi Good day, everyone.
I encountered such an event in the very old times. 
It happened to me again recently. Although the red light was on, the train did not come and the road was not closed for a long time.

Does anyone know what is the source of this error?

In order for the train animation to occur, the obstacles must come down and the light must turn red, but when we look at the area where you are standing, you are standing exactly on the line of the red light sign and for this reason the obstacles do not come down and the train animation does not occur in this case, this is not a mistake, it is just a confusion between your position and the elements necessary for the train animation to occur.

It seems that you have crossed the stop line. The game has detected the presence of your truck in the area, where the crossing gates would otherwise be closed and had to wait until the crossing is clear in order to prevent any physics related issues. You have 2 options: Reverse a bit, so the front wheel of your truck is before the stop line, or drive straight through in order to clear the railroad crossing.
