Question about bans

Why when I go to TruckersMP and try to log in it says that I am permanently banned, but on the video you can see that I was banned for 2 weeks and one day? Here is the video link: https://url.jmdev.ca/5c1ad .

You can read the difference in the reason on your profile why your ban was modified to permanent. There can be several cases, most likely due to ban evading. This is for you to find out at the reason next to the video you have sent us.

Creating or using another account to get around a temporary or permanent ban. Attempting to remove ban evidence to get out of a ban. If the evidence points that you have evaded a ban, staff reserve the right to ban you again without notification. Evidence for ban evading cannot be disclosed due to it containing confidential server-side information.
