TMP profile link on the forums is gone, why?

There used to be a link which would take you from forums directly to user's TMP profile.

I can't find this link anymore anywhere in the forums interface, all I can do is click on user's avatar to take me to their forum profile, but there is no link there either.

Is this intentional and why is this change needed?
