Rule 5.1 for ATS being revised?

Hello,

 

I am wondering if the "rule 5.1" is being revised as I hopped into as Multiplayer game last night and noticed a "Game Moderator" was using 6 trailers, I was told buy them that it was being revised and that the site hadn't been updated yet?

They then gave me permission that if I use the 6 trailers, I wont be banned. I would just like to ask if this is okay as I do not want to get banned from multiplayer.

 

This is the combination that they said was okay to use:

it is indeed true, you are allowed to use 6 trailers in ATS. You won't get banned if you use them.
