Reporting someone

I've got a video of a car smacking into a truck causing him to flip and I want to report him but he's in the video at the start like I can see his name above his car and his truckersmp ID but he accelerates and I no longer can see his name and truckersmp ID.

Can i still report him?

Yes still you can do that. You can report players by submitting a web report (https://truckersmp.com/kb/8).

As long as the player can be identified within the evidence, you can report them. For example if you can see the users name/ID at the start of the evidence and then they drive away and ram another player in the distance. The player can still be identified so you're able to report them.
